Toyota Premio ZZT240 A/C Lamp Blink

2003 Toyota Premio ZZT240

Situation
A/C lamp was blinking after a short time when the A/C switch turned on.

Cause
Faulty A/C magnet clutch

Maintenance
The panel diagnosis noticed No22 that meant locked compressor.
Then I checked the magnet clutch and measured the resistance.
The resistance should be185+-20ohm.
But it was 250ohm. Then I changed new magnet clutch.

Situation
The engine speed did not get high smoothly and Engine check lamp lit .
After that The lamp cleared.
Accelration got high properly at an idle.
Mileage was over 230.000km.
The owner often change engine oil.

Cause
Faulty Cylinder Pressure Sensor

Maintenance
The Cylinder compressions were properly.
Then I checked diagnosis . It noticed P1105:36 which meant faulty Cylinder pressure sensor.
It was at the No1 cylinder. I needed to replace it SST.

I replaced the new cylinder pressure sensor.

Situation
The engine speed did not get high smoothly and run smoothly at an idle.

Cause
Exchanged all spark plugs , then it run smoothly

.

The contents of the maintenance

There was an alarm on  the diagnosis system with the throttle sensor.
After delete the cord , it showed normally.
Checked No3 and 4 plug , replaced No1 and 2.
Then got high smoothly and was good idling.

I exchanged new spark plugs.
